ContentConcepts ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. We act as the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") for personal data we collect directly from you.

1. Information We Collect

• Identity & contact details: name, email, phone, business name, role.
• Communication consent: records of when and how you opted in to receive calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email from us.
• Account & usage data: login activity, feature usage, device and browser information, IP address, analytics events, and system logs.
• Payment metadata: billing name, invoice details, transaction IDs. Card and UPI details are handled directly by Razorpay; we do not store full card or banking credentials.
• Customer-provided data: if you upload contacts or audience lists into our platform, you remain the controller for that data and we process it on your instructions.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver, maintain, and improve the Service and your account.
• To process payments through Razorpay and issue invoices.
• To communicate updates, onboarding details, support responses, and important service notices.
• To send marketing communications where you have opted in (you can opt out anytime).
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and to enforce our Terms & Conditions.
• To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Lawful Basis

We process your personal data based on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, and our legal obligations.

4. Communications: Calls, SMS, Email & WhatsApp

• We only contact individuals who have submitted a form, signed up, purchased a service, or otherwise opted in.
• Marketing communications include a clear opt-out option in every message.
• We honour DND preferences and follow TRAI's TCCCPR 2018 framework for commercial communications in India.
• You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing connect@contentconcepts.ai. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

5. Sharing & Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us run the Service under contractual safeguards, including:

• Razorpay for payment processing
• Google reCAPTCHA for bot protection on forms
• Hosting, analytics, email, and WhatsApp delivery providers
• Government authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, secure secret management, and regular reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory obligations, or resolve disputes. Inactive accounts and associated data may be deleted or anonymised after a reasonable period.

8. Your Rights under the DPDP Act 2023

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Withdraw consent at any time for any processing based on consent.
• Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of incapacity or death.
• File a grievance with our Grievance Officer (see Section 12).

9. International Transfers

Some of our service providers operate outside India. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards and compliance measures consistent with applicable laws.

10. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site running, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect parts of the Service.

11. Children's Data

The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
