1. About ContentConcepts

ContentConcepts ("ContentConcepts", "we", "us", "our") is a marketing automation SaaS platform and coaching provider built for Indian MSME's, offering an AI-powered CRM, website and funnel builder, WhatsApp, email, ad management, and related tools on one stack.

login.contentconcepts.ai is the access point for the SaaS platform and dashboard. learn.contentconcepts.ai is used for masterclass registrations, coaching programs, learning sessions, and related offers.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Misuse the website
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Copy, scrape, or reproduce website content without permission
  • Upload malicious code
  • Interfere with website performance
  • Misrepresent your identity
  • Submit false, misleading, abusive, unlawful, or harmful information
  • Use the website or content in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others

3. Eligibility

The website, masterclasses, coaching programs, and related services are intended for adults and business users. By registering or making payment, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into these Terms
  • You are at least 18 years old, or have valid consent from a parent or lawful guardian
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are registering for lawful and genuine purposes

4. Masterclass and Program Registration

When you register for a masterclass, webinar, coaching program, community, or online session, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate name, email address, and phone number
  • Ensure your WhatsApp number and email address are active
  • Check reminders, access links, and updates sent to you
  • Join on time
  • Use a stable internet connection and suitable device
  • Follow session rules and instructions
  • Not disrupt the session or misuse access links

Access links, session details, reminders, and updates may be sent through WhatsApp, email, SMS, phone call, IVR call, or other channels.

5. Payment

Payments may be collected through our checkout pages and processed by Razorpay or other authorized payment service providers. By making payment, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for entering correct payment and contact details
  • Payment processing is handled by the payment gateway and related service providers
  • We do not store complete card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV, net banking passwords, wallet passwords, or full banking credentials on our systems
  • Payment confirmation depends on successful confirmation from the payment gateway
  • Any payment failure, pending status, duplicate payment, cancellation, or refund request will be handled as described in our Refund Policy

Prices, offers, discounts, bonuses, dates, timings, and availability may change from time to time.

6. No Guarantee of Results

The website, SaaS platform, masterclasses, coaching programs, content, guidance, templates, examples, and strategies are provided for educational, informational, and general business guidance purposes. We do not guarantee business growth, revenue increase, leads, enquiries, sales, ad performance, website ranking, visibility, social growth, conversion improvement, specific financial results, uninterrupted platform uptime, message deliverability, or any fixed result within a specific time period.

Your results depend on your business, execution, market, offer, budget, tools, customer demand, follow-up, how you configure and use the platform, and other factors outside our control.

7. No Professional Advice

The content provided on the website, in masterclasses, in coaching programs, or through communication channels is not legal, financial, tax, investment, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making legal, financial, tax, compliance, or investment decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website and in related programs, including text, frameworks, templates, images, videos, slides, designs, logos, brand elements, worksheets, training material, recordings, and website copy and structure, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, republish, record, share, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

9. Recording and Redistribution

Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not record or screen-record live sessions, share access links, distribute recordings, resell or teach our material as your own, or upload session content to public or private platforms.

Violation of this section may result in cancellation of access without refund and may lead to further action.

10. User Content, Feedback, and Testimonials

If you submit questions, comments, feedback, testimonials, reviews, screenshots, or examples, you confirm that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

We may request your permission to use testimonials, feedback, or success stories for marketing or educational purposes. We will not intentionally publish sensitive personal information without permission.

11. Communication Consent

By submitting your details, registering, or making payment, you agree that we may contact you through WhatsApp, email, SMS, phone calls, IVR calls, social media messages, and remarketing or retargeting ads, for registration confirmation, payment confirmation, session access, reminders, learning resources, support, feedback requests, and related offers.

You may opt out of promotional communication as described in our Privacy Policy. Essential transactional or service-related communication may still be sent where necessary.

12. Third-Party Tools and Links

The website, SaaS platform, registration flow, checkout, communication, or program delivery may use third-party tools and platforms, including payment gateways, Razorpay, Meta, Google, WhatsApp, Zoom, email platforms, CRM systems, hosting providers, analytics tools, IVR providers, SMS providers, and automation tools.

We are not responsible for third-party downtime, payment gateway errors, platform restrictions, account suspensions or bans, API access changes, third-party policy changes, data handling by third-party platforms, or delays caused by internet, telecom, email, WhatsApp, SMS, IVR, or third-party delivery systems. Meta, Google, WhatsApp, and other platforms may restrict, suspend, or terminate access at their sole discretion, for any reason, including content or messages you send through the platform, and we have no control over and bear no liability for such actions. Your use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms and policies, and you are solely responsible for complying with them.

13. Program Changes, Cancellation, or Rescheduling

We may modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel a masterclass, program, offer, or session due to operational, technical, personal, platform, compliance, or business reasons. If a paid live session is cancelled by us and no reasonable alternative is offered, refund handling will follow our Refund Policy.

14. Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain respectful behavior during live sessions, communities, chats, and support interactions. We may remove or restrict access for abusive behavior, harassment, spam, unauthorized promotion, misuse of chat or community spaces, sharing illegal or harmful content, disrupting sessions, or violating these Terms. Access may be restricted without refund in cases of serious misconduct.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ContentConcepts, its founders (including but not limited to Nagabhushan Mamadapur and Swetha Rangaswamy Rao), associated initiatives, partners, service providers, team members, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business loss arising from website use, SaaS platform use, program participation, payment gateway issues, technical issues, communication delays, platform downtime, data loss or corruption, third-party account suspensions, ad performance, business decisions, third-party tools, missed reminders, user device or internet issues, or inability to attend a session.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, for the specific paid plan, subscription, masterclass, or program giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ContentConcepts, its founders, associated initiatives, team members, partners, vendors, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website or SaaS platform, violation of these Terms or applicable law, infringement of third-party rights, false or misleading information provided by you, unauthorized use or distribution of our content, content or messages you send through the platform, sending unsolicited or non-compliant WhatsApp, email, or SMS messages, or any account suspension or penalty imposed by Meta, Google, WhatsApp, or other third-party platforms as a result of your use of the platform.

17. Policy Links

Your use of the website and related services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website, registration, payment, or participation after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, the website, masterclasses, programs, or related services.
